Returns:

You may return unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging with all accompanying materials (pouches, boxes, etc.) within 5 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).

  •  Credit/Debit card purchases will be credited back to the original card. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or not as described:

    Exchanges:
  • Timeframe: You may exchange unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging with all accompanying materials within 3 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).
  •  Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  • Conditions: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you according to our refund policy.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: The same non-returnable items listed above also apply to exchanges.
    Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) with photos of the damage and your proof of purchase. We will gladly offer a repair, replacement (subject to availability), or a full refund.
